TierraMex Group is an authentic Mexican food company owned and operated by Mexicans. The Executive Chef and Executive Director are both proud to share authentic Mexican cuisine with Shanghai. TierraMex began in September 2009 and has developed rapidly to now include a Mexican restaurant and taco bar, a Mexican cuisine catering service, and a Mexican handmade frozen food products delivery service within its brand. It is this commitment to bringing authentic Mexican food to Shanghai that has seen TierraMex's restaurant, Mi Tierra, be named as the official restaurant of the Mexican Pavilion at Shanghai Expo 2010.
